I had to tell you this!
Yesterday I made some DEEELICIOUS chocolate mousse (go figure) and one of the eggs had TWO yolks in it! How auspicious is that! This may be a common occurrence – I’m not much of a chef – but I don’t remember seeing that before. Ah, bugger, I forgot to take a picture. And the mousse is in my tummy already.

I think a double yoked egg is a good sign - combined with the feel good effects of chocolate mousse (depending on how much is consumed of course) then the sky is the limit! yay :-)

I was cracking eggs for something a few months ago, and TWO of the eggs had double yolks!
